NEW YORK (CBSMiami/AP) – Miami Heat owner Micky Arison found himself in some Twitter trouble.

Arison has been fined by the NBA, three days after he made references to the locked-out league’s ongoing collective bargaining process on his Twitter account.

The NBA did not disclose the amount of the fine, or say publicly why Arison was sanctioned, but several outlets are saying it’s in the neighborhood of $500,000.

Arison posted several tweets Friday night, including a reply to someone who apparently wrote: “How’s it feel to be apart of ruining the best game in the world? NBA owners/players don’t give a damn about fans guess what? Fans provide all the money you’re fighting over&you greedy (expletive) pigs.”

Arison replied by saying “Honestly u r barking at the wrong owner.” That tweet was deleted a short time later.
